April – good for you. I like this idea and I recall a conversation in Madrid where we talked about the media feeding like frenzied pirahnas on misfortune, misery and the madness of many. Daniel Goleman of Emotional Intelligence fame talks also about the power of positive emotional feelings in a work context. I particularly like this line…”The glue that holds people together (in a team), and that commits people (to an organization – I would add here ..to each other), is the emotions they feel…” so keep spreading your glue!
